Thomas F. In 2015, Tom was presented with the Distinguished Service Award by Cal Poly University. Tom is also on the AYSO Legal Commission, is a National AYSO Coach, holds a E Coaching Llcense, and is an Intermediate AYSO Referee. Tom is an AYSO Coach, Referee and Management Instructor.
