Mustang Soccer Program Passes it on with Coaching Series

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Sixth-year Cal Poly men’s soccer head coach Paul Holocher recently announced the return of the program’s Summer Youth Coaching Series, a set of eight free educational seminars aimed at the possession game and ball retention. SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – The Cal Poly men’s soccer program’s strong recruiting class only got deeper recently with the announcement by fifth-year head coach Paul Holocher that outside back Stephen Pyle will be joining the Mustangs for the 2011 campaign. Big West Men's Soccer Set for 2012 Reorganization

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – The Big West Conference office announced on Tuesday morning that the Sacramento State men’s soccer program will join the league as an associate member, beginning with the 2012 campaign. This author is really excited to see the Mustangs kick off the 2011 season! The men's team should have an exciting year with some top competition, including Cal, and the women should be in top form after a rebuilding year in 2010.

Mustangs Announce Spring Schedule

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Head coach Alex Crozier has announced the Cal Poly women’s soccer spring schedule that will include a team from the Pac-10 and the West Coast Conference. Mustang Soccer Program Adds Two Transfers for 2011 Season

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Two weeks after the Cal Poly men’s soccer team unveiled its six-player incoming freshman class, head coach Paul Holocher and the Mustang Athletics Department jointly announced that forwards Benny Estes and Dakota Collins will be transferring into the program for the 2011 campaign.
