Tom Lebens is a partner with Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP (http://www.fitcheven.com) and practices intellectual property law with expertise in patent application preparation and prosecution, patent and trademark strategy, business strategy, licensing, infringement & validity analysis, patentability, infringement, & validity opinions, and copyright for artistic works and computer software.
He is a registered U.S. Patent and Trademark attorney and a member of the California Bar.
Tom presently serves as scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 413, and is a member of the board of directors for SESLOC FCU and the French Hospital Medical Center Foundation.
Tom has also served on on the National Board of Directors for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO). Tom has served as chair of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and president of the Cal Poly Alumni Association.
In 2015, Tom was presented with the Distinguished Service Award by Cal Poly University.
Tom is also on the AYSO Legal Commission, is a National AYSO Coach, holds a E Coaching Llcense, and is an Intermediate AYSO Referee. Tom is an AYSO Coach, Referee and Management Instructor.
